Medical Records Director:  Keanata Carter

Keanata is hard-working, compassionate, and always eager to help residents and fellow staff in any way that is needed.  She has been in Medical Records for over a year and is always eager to help in anyway.

Keanata has over 10 years of Long-term care experience and has held multiple roles in multiple facilities. As a licensed CNA Keanata has shown great drive and leadership to excel in all she does. In her off time, she loves spending time with friends and family.

Kudos to you Keanata on all of your hard work and thank you for being a part of our family at Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!!!

Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation Center employees always look forward to participating in local and out of town community events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s annual event, a variety of health fairs, and monthly community partnership meetings. “Our residents are our family and we will advocate for them in every way that we can.”

What’s new:

Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has opened a coed behavior community to assist residents with mental health conditions. Beds available and we are accepting referrals now!!
